Classification of Joints

You should know at least one example of each type of joint listed below, as well as what kind of movement this type of joint permits.

You should also be able to answer a reversed question: What type of joint is e.g. a suture, a wrist, an elbow/knee, a shoulder/hip, an atlantoaxial joint (the joint between axis and atlas), a joint between carpals/tarsals, a carpometacarpal joint, a matacarpophalangeal joint.
